Varied and shark angling outings

Early in the morning and after getting embarked on a motorboat, the guide will lead you into the sea to throw out the anchor and prepare the baits (fresh or frozen anchovy, shrimps and prawns) in order to begin the real angling adventure.

During the angling season, the species vary, though generally the first one to come out is the whiting that is very abundant, followed by striped smooth-hounds. The ecological practice adopted in San Blas, known as catch & release, obliges anglers to return some of their captures to the sea, so the best thing to do is to get a picture of your trophy before releasing it back into the water.

You can also get corvinas, that can be of 4 kilos and offer a spectacular game between angler and fish. The silver sides (of up to 35 cm) are attracted by the shrimp baits and make angling even more fun by trying other modalities.

At noon, the tide lowers and the motorboat begins its way home where the angler is welcomed with a well deserved lunch.

You can choose between embarked angling outings (in motorboats with angling gear and a guide) to get larger units, or from the coast (in 4x4 excursions to the sand beach with guides and angling gear). Shark angling outings can be of up to three anglers plus the guide.

The tour includes sightseeing the incredible fauna of the islands such as, franciscana Dolphin, penguins, bottle nosed dolphins, toninas, crabs, among others.
